What episode does Breakdown fold his hands in? (I just wanna watch it now, lol!)

It’s in “TMI”! Megatron accuses Breakdown of dropping a data cylinder and Breakdown is all like *hand fold*

I had to look it up and decided to make a short gif. I love how Breakdown moves his hands while trying to explain himself, a lot of feeling going on there.
