Between the noises of their movements and the camera angles, as well as by creating a sense of impact when necessary, Transformers: Prime lets you get a real feel for how giant and heavy its titular alien robots are.
This is especially obvious in the first few episodes when we’re meeting the show’s main cast.
Vehicons don’t seem that impressive when Megatron is around, but compared to humans, they’re huge.
Even Arcee, who is smaller in height and especially width than her fellow Autobots, would make you feel really tiny.
The only Minicon isn’t too mini, either.
I would do a comparison of how the show’s sequel, Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015), lags behind in this aspect [without criticizing its brighter and simpler art style, since that has nothing to do with it], but that’s for another post.
I couldn’t get my gif of Ratchet and kids celebrating from “Rebellion” to work, so here, have some individual gifs of them instead (Miko’s is my personal fav XD)
I bet if optimus could text he would type with proper grammar and correct capitalization and punctuation like, the whole shebang and raf showed him how to use smileys so its like every time anyone gets a ext from OP its a paragraph long formal text but then at the end of every text there’s either a :] or a :[
