@herzspalter was kind enough to give me permission to play with their gorgeous art and I couldn’t resist doing a papercraft of Whirl driving a tiny car (from this sketch). Thanks very much! ❤
I swear, these robots always wind up feeling more like paper sculpting with all their little parts, but they’re so fun to work on.
I drew this picture of Whirl the other day and oh my gosh is he one of my favorites. Whirl, you are amazing! Keep on kicking afts and taking names and everything in between. Figured I’d tag @ask-mtmte-whirl in this because their blog is AWESOME and they totally deserve all the love they can get for what they do!
I apologize beforehand for the long post, but there’s a reason I wanted to post it together!
As of lately, I’ve been experimenting with new styles and techniques but nothing quite stayed. After a bunch of tries, studying, and searching around a bit, I finally found a new painting style!
It’s really fun to do actually! It’s a bit hard to get rid of lineart and blend, but I think I got it!
I’m very happy to see the progress I’ve done in just a week so this post marks a new milestone in my art progress:>
I’m very sorry for rambling, but I’m really happy I could finally do it:D
