Bumblebee doesn’t understand why Raf hasn’t shown him all these cool things humans can do, but he’s sticking around for the rest of the story. Then he’ll go pester Raf.
Here’s both pictures I drew of Starscream blepping. The top one is him looking stoic and stern while blepping.
Wildbreak: “Hey Drag Strip, you think Motormaster will be mad when we show up without that engine?”
Drag Strip: “Do you think? At all!?”
Wildbreak is just too clueless, protect him.
