TFP Smokescreen was perhaps one of my favorite designs for the Autobots after Optimus Prime and Ratchet. He was very expressive and had a good range of emotive moments.
He’s also a complete fucking dork and a giddy little fanboy over everything and dear primus, was he ever the optimist. Eager to help and really reckless and just an all around n00b.

I find it interesting that, every time this happened, it was a flying Decepticon being outnumbered and trying to escape.
I will always love this interaction between them. Honestly the evolution of their relationship in this series is my favorite.
